On July 17, 2015 history was made. After nearly 20 years, Burning Flames, one of the most iconic bands to ever grace the soca arena reunited after splitting into 2 separate bands, Red Hott Flames and Burning Flames in the late 90’s. Over 10,000 fans filled the YASCO Grounds looking like a sea of people as far as the eye can see jamming and singing along to their favorite vintage Burning Flames tunes. Their unique and hypnotic sounds has drawn attention and respect from people the world over resulting in sold out tours across Europe and South America. Many still reminisce about the original band’s annual runs on the Eastern Parkway in New York for Labour Day, Miami Carnival and Markham Fairgrounds in Canada.
